Mississippi's LTC Partnership program

Mississippi does not currently have an active LTC Partnership program. Mississippi enacted a Long-Term Care Partnership Program statute (Miss. Code §43-13-601 et seq., 2014) but has never implemented/activated it with CMS; the state is consistently listed among the small group without an active Partnership program (along with Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Utah, and D.C.).
